Donnie Houston, CPA, Founder and Managing Partner
Donnie founded Houston & Company in July 1977. He has over thirty years’ experience in general accounting and business consulting. Donnie graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Public Accountancy degree. He is active in the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and is also president of the Loganville Rotary Club, past president of the Duluth Kiwanis Club, past lieutenant governor of District 19 of Georgia Kiwanis, chairman of the board of the Osteopathic Institute of the South, and is an avid golfer. He has three children, his wife Sylvia has three children, and together they have fifteen grandchildren. Donnie and Sylvia make their home in Loganville.
Don Hanson, CPA, Manager
Don graduated from
Georgia State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration
for Accounting and a minor in Finance. Prior to working in public
accounting, he was an assistant controller for a national franchised
company. With nearly 8 years of work in public accounting, he
has a range of experience in financial accounting and taxation.
He enjoys football and most importantly, spending time with
his family. Don along with his wife Laurie and four children
reside in Jefferson, Georgia.
